Hilyer Properties, LLC is a well diversified company. We currently have over 70 residential rental properties, over 10 retail rental properties and 235 Mini Storage Units at 2 convenient locations. We have also began to build, remodel and resale residential homes.
We have been in business over 6 years and over the last 3 years we have doubled our rental properties.
We plan to continue to expand our rentals to 100 + over the next couple of years and also add to our existing Mini Storage facility.
